Does the Power4Home guide deliver on it's claims?

Kind of, you'll really be able to build solar panels at home, but as far as reducing you bill by 75% or getting rid of it once and for all, we highly doubt it. That is unless you take the leap and go completely off the grid

The major complaint we had and have heard other people complain about is the wind turbine plans are just plain JUNK.
