If you have ever looked into purchasing your solar panels from the store, then the sticker price may have taken your breath away, this was the whole reason we decided to learn how to build electrical solar panels ourselves.

This may surprise you, but you will need very few tools, we found that a soldering iron and some very basic cordless tools did the trick.
We also felt it was important to purchase a good set of plans, without these we reall would have been up the creek without a paddle. It turns out that the plans we ordered serverd 2 purposes:
